HOW I STAY ENERGISED.
Hello there, welcome to my world, part blogger, part photographer, part vlogger, and a lover of all things related to travel, food, lifestyle, home interiors, flowers, nature and more!
I could go on, but let’s just say I go wherever the breeze takes me, in search of adventure and inspiration and my passion is to share as much of that journey as I possibly can.
To go wherever the breeze blows me was something that used to fill me with a sense of anxiety, but I balance that now with careful planning, and making sure I have all the things I need right there with me. Often the contents of my bag can be my life for days on end, so getting it right has been something that, over time has evolved to what it is today.
I might be working from my local coffee shop one week, then an air bnb across the Atlantic the next, so preparedness, flexibility and an open mind are all essential qualities to have. Obviously the tools of my particular trade are all safely by my side (or strapped to my back) all the time; Cameras, (one for photography, one for vlogs), macbook and iPhone, notebook, pen, they are ever-present, but what else fills the little space that remains?
One of my many passions is good food, and I’ve been lucky to experience much of what the world has to offer, with a lot more still to go! The problem is that good food doesn’t keep well in a busy backpack filled with laptops and cameras, and often when you are wandering wherever life takes you, it doesn’t always stop for lunch.
Reon, for me is another must have component in my trusty bag, for those days when meal times might have to wait an extra couple of hours, the caffeine and vitamin B12 give me an instant boost, I love the fact that they are vegan, and just 3 calories...All I need to do is tear one open, and pour in into my mouth, no mixing, no messing and no hassle, wonderful taste and an instant effect, all from a sachet that takes up a tiny space in my bag!
Whether I’m hitting the slopes, marvelling at the Serengeti or wandering through New York City, you can bet that somewhere, in my trusty survival bag there will be one or two Reon sachets, one Chilli and one pomegranate, two travel partners I wouldn’t be without, wherever the breeze takes me.
